• Allows you to always require users to login and enter a password.
   
• Offers you the capability of setting up multiple Security groups and assigning users to the appropriate group to limit that person’s security rights to documents, folders, and applications.
   
• Security groups allow the administrator to determine exactly what a user is allowed or not allowed to do in the system, such as Acquiring documents, printing, faxing, exporting, emailing…etc. Security Group Settings
   
• Allows you to assign additional Security levels to administrative tasks, such as application maintenance, user maintenance, document maintenance and account maintenance.
   
• Offers an automatic time-out function (variable from 1 to 60 minutes) to keep sensitive documents confidential when a user steps away from the computer and forgets to remove a document from the screen.
