We have been using your imaging program for seven months now and are very pleased in the efficiency it has provided our office. The program has helped us convert our office to a Apaperless@ system. In doing so, we have found the program user friendly and expeditious. It has greatly increased the utilization of our employees to their utmost capability.
The initial installation and conversion was seamless and did not require to much additional expense. The software seems to be adaptable to different office environments, and your staff has been gracious when we had questions. We are very pleased with the software, and would recommend it to others.

I am writing to relate my experiences in selecting and using Imaging-IT in our legal practice. I hope doing so can provide insight to the software's strengths to those evaluating it for their own use. I began shopping for an imaging solution shortly after our local court system adopted an electronic case filing and imaging system in 1998. I hoped to obtain the same benefits they were experiencing in our own office – reduced paper storage, improved security and protection for documents in a disaster, and remote access to files and documents. Unfortunately, none of the products available seemed suited our expectations or budget. Each of the thirty-some products reviewed were significantly flawed. Common issues included an inability to link images to our case management software, burdensome data entry or prices in the stratosphere. Imaging-IT answered each of those issues and we used it to go "cold turkey" on paper files in 2000. Factors which influenced our decision to implement Imaging-IT include:
