The Imaging-IT Check Scanner Interface works seamlessly with check scanners from Digital Check Corporation making check scanning a snap! This efficiency-adding toolset captures both sides of checks while it “reads” the MICR line—all in one pass!

 

 

 

• Automatically parses out the MICR line—storing the routing code, account number, check number and amount, as well the complete MICR encoded line, into an indexed database.
   
• Stores images in standard TIFF Group 4 format, using very little disk space (averages about 25kb per check).
   
• Prints both sides of the check along with company and account information on one sheet of paper using any Windows^® supported printer.
   
• Scans a variety of check sizes and small documents.
   
• Split Interface screen for this special document type allows users to view both sides of the check at the same time, without navigating pages.
   

Check Scanner Pro

• Store the front and back side of the check without a Check scanner. New interface allows users to store the same MICR information and the document type using a regular flat bed scanner. Users can manually enter this important information for search later.
